Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a positive atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Recommend to have 1-2 years experience in the field.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to fine dining standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns efficiently to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Uphold health and safety regulations within the food industry.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations to facilitate communication with culinary staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
