Operation Manager
Austin, Texas- Hybrid
Position Summary
Thales is currently looking for an Operation Manager to lead the SRE team and drive the support of the solution.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SRE).
- Set-up and manage operation processes and workflows to ensure reporting to management and enhance operations efficiency.
- Develop and implement support strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support resolution and communication.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to support operations.
