The ideal candidate has an upbeat enthusiastic personality, is a team player, takes initiative, and is willing to work flexible hours as necessary to get the job done.
Education / Experience :
A Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university or 5 years related experience in property management. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with property management software
Qualifications :
- An assertive go-getter with the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast paced environment
- Possess an extreme attention to detail and ability to solve problems
- Dependable and flexible
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and work closely in a team environment
- Ability to relate to people and enjoy customer service
