Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has a great career opportunity on our Thalhimer Multifamily Team. We are seeking a seasonal Leasing Associate in Carrboro, NC at Rock Creek.
Responsibilities include :
- Plans and participates in marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
- Demonstrates community and apartment / community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
- Greets prospective residents, show vacant / model apartments and takes applications. Assists in the timely processing of applications.
- Assists the Community Manager with a number of on-going administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments.
- Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents.
