Your Role & Impact :

  • Assess patients in need of speech and language rehabilitation.
  • Provide direct patient care to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop & administer individualized treatment programs with achievable goals.
  • Educate and support patients and families in their therapy journey.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best patient-centered care.
  • Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Resident Rights compliance.

    • What You Bring to the Team :

    Accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Degree

    Valid VA State License & Registration
