We are seeking an experienced Estimating Professional to join our Preconstruction & Procurement Department Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying post-bid quantities, take-offs, and front-end activities required to start projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Verify post-bid quantities and take-offs.
- Assist in generating subcontract terms and conditions.
- Evaluate production rates and provide accurate financial forecasts.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in estimating, construction management, or executive level construction role.
- Proficiency in Agtek, Bluebeam, HCSS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform detailed take-offs for various work types.
