To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. You should also have 5-8 years of experience in project engineering and project management, with expertise in estimating projects exceeding $25 million. Experience with lock and dam construction, USACE projects, mass excavation, utilities, stormwater, and other heavy civil projects is beneficial.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong oral and written communication skills, proven leadership and team management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
