Responsibilities and Duties: This position combines the responsibilities of both a Project Estimator and a Project Manager. Key duties include project planning & execution, quality control, documentation & reporting, collaboration & issue resolution, team management, financial management, contract & communication, project scheduling, and safety management. You will also be responsible for developing bid strategies, attending client pre-bid meetings, conducting site visits, and preparing detailed project estimates.
