The tgin® E-commerce Sales Manager is a dynamic and experienced candidate who will devise and implement strategies that boost revenue, exceed growth, and improve CX for the tgin® E-commerce business across various sites. This role involves focus on merchandising, improving SEO rankings, and analytics, requiring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and an ability to approach the business from both company and customer perspectives. Must have a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and mastery of Amazon Seller Central. E-commerce experience required.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Lead new item setup processes, including developing launch strategies and curating content.
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store to ensure seamless navigation, enhanced customer experience, and alignment with brand goals. Oversee the implementation of site updates, including merchandising, UX enhancements, and promotional campaigns.
- Improve overall operating procedures with cross-functional departments. Partner with the planning team to forecast and drive mitigation planning as needed.
- Optimize inventory management using Amazon Selling Coach and other tools.
- Drive enhancements to the online consumer experience in partnership with marketing, operations, and leadership.
- Manage and develop the e-Marketing & Digital Specialist, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with E-commerce goals and strategies.
Strategy & Performance Analysis:
- Leverage analytics tools like Shopify Insights, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo to monitor E-commerce performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions that drive revenue and customer retention.
- Identify business opportunities, drive strategic activities, and optimize performance. Utilize key features of the sales dashboard.
- Use internal tools to manage and review business plans, product costs, and discrepancies.
- Manipulate data to develop keyword lists and search terms.
- Regularly check and resolve onsite issues to maintain optimal store performance.
E-commerce Marketing & Promotions:
- Analyze, optimize, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns and budgets to achieve the best ROAS while supporting sales goals. Develop and refine AMS/PPC/DSP strategies to drive profitable growth, ensuring customer acquisition costs fit within the product margin model.
- Create and manage detailed page assets, advertising content, and brand stores to elevate our brand's presence on Amazon and DTC site.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on Amazon and DTC platforms.
- Oversee promotions, inventory tracking, and promotional reviews in partnership with the leadership team. Initiate, manage, and monitor marketing and advertising efforts, including campaign management.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and product marketing initiatives. Work closely with marketing to optimize offline advertising and partner relationships to drive online awareness and increase opt-ins and revenue for Amazon and DTC.
- Implement strategies to ensure a best-in-class consumer experience on Amazon and DTC, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and improving the path to purchase and search.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Retail Media/Amazon Ads experience with knowledge of Sponsored Products, Search and Display Campaigns
- Proven experience managing Amazon & Shopify stores, including optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, UX.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, and E-commerce strategies.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in the beauty or haircare industry is a bonus.
- Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
- Excellent computer skills and is proficient in Excel functions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Amazon Account Management on the 1P side (vendor-central). E-commerce experience required.
- Certifications in digital marketing, Amazon advertising, or E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) are a bonus.
- Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
