Assistant Manager - Concessions Job Description
Wage: $16/hour tips ($2-3 additional pay per hour)
Shift: Full-time. Includes Saturdays and holidays. Closed Sundays.

Summary: Are you looking for fun-filled work that is fulfilling and full of opportunities for growth? Then look no further! Our Concessions team helps with our awesome events held in our Ashton Gardens venue, ranging from Tulip Festival, to concerts, to Uncharted Worlds, and more!
Responsibilities:
Assists guests with concessions orders by cashiering and handling cash
Fulfill orders with accuracy, efficiency, and cheer
Be upbeat and patient with guests and coworkers
Keep work areas clean and orderly
Follow directions of managers
Close each location depending on shift
Daily prep
Fill out stocking lists
Help motivate other employees, assign tasks, and follow up
Check off closing lists with employees
Oversee 3 locations of operations

Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements:
A great positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Experience as a supervisor or manager preferred
Self-motivated, punctual, organized, and timely with work duties
Ability to adapt and be flexible
Kind and patient with guests and co-workers
Willingness to learn and work as a team
Clean and professional appearance
Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time and lifting 25 lbs.
Food Handlers Permit
Be at least 16 years old.
Must pass a background check.
