Responsibilities
- Run the grill/fry station and oversee prep and cooking.
- Prep and cook food based on orders and needs.
- Assists guests and coworkers.
- Fulfill orders with accuracy, efficiency, and cheer.
- Be upbeat and patient with guests and coworkers.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Follow directions of supervisors and managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies.
- Previous grill experience.
- A great positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, organized, and timely with work duties.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time and lifting 25 lbs.
- Food Handlers Permit.
- Pass a background check.
- Be at least 16 years old.
