Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is nothing short of outstanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and providing excellent service throughout their stay.
- Handle confidential information with integrity, maintaining accurate records and handling cash transactions during shifts.
- Promptly address guest requests and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer calls, take messages, and maintain accuracy when recording guest information.
- Replenish continental breakfast supplies, keep common areas clean, and perform laundry duties as assigned.
