Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Housekeeper/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout our facility, ensuring that our residents enjoy a comfortable and hygienic living environment. This position will also include assisting in the kitchen, and serving residents at meal times.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout our facility, ensuring that our residents enjoy a comfortable and hygienic living environment. This position will also include assisting in the kitchen, and serving residents at meal times.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping common areas, resident rooms, and other designated spaces.
- Ensure that all surfaces are disinfected and free from germs and bacteria.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Serve beverages and meals to residents seated at tables in the dining room, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Clean floors, empty trash cans, stock food supplies, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain overall cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the dietary department, including cleaning vents, ovens, vent hoods over ovens, and the outside garbage area.
- Organize stock and assist in making deliveries as necessary.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and preferences during meal times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
- Understanding and adherence to infection control practices.
