Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and safely. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, supervising staff, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of facilities management, including high voltage equipment, and heavy equipment.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and prioritize repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment schematics.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support operational goals.
- Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage systems and other facility operations.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team.
- Proficient in facilities management principles, including HVAC systems maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in electrical systems, including the use of voltmeters for diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various equipment types.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Pay: $22.68 - $35.00 per hour
