What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Experience – At least 1 year in ceramic coatings, paint correction, or auto detailing.
✔ Technical Precision – Strong understanding of paint prep, correction, and ceramic coating application.
✔ Strong Work Ethic – Dependable, punctual, and professional.
✔ Customer-Focused – Excellent communication skills and ability to ensure client satisfaction.
✔ Self-Motivated – Works independently without constant oversight.
✔ Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials.
✔ Valid Driver’s License – Required for travel to job sites.
Job Responsibilities:
