Position: Location Manager
As a Location Sales Manager, you'll estimate and manage jobs, handling every lead, customer, and project assigned to you. You'll drive location revenue targets, ensure profitability, and uphold our reputation.
Overview:
- Friendly company culture.
- Sales role providing in-person estimates.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Includes PTO, holiday pay, company truck, and gas card.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruit and manage subcontractors.
- Conduct accurate on-site and virtual estimates.
- Submit quotes within 24 hours and follow up consistently.
- Collect deposits, upsell services, and foster client relationships.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Address project challenges and maintain high-quality standards.
- Attend to networking groups
Experience Required:
- 2 years in sales or project management.
- 2 years in the home services industry and 1 year in networking.
- Residing within 30 minutes of Galveston.
- Costumer service for at least 3 years
Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers, phones, and software.
Compensation:
- First 3 months: $3,000 base salary.
- After 3 months: 100% commission at 8% on completed projects.
- Vacation after six months and flexible work schedule.
- Earn 10% Commission by generate your leads and closing deals!
- Additional: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
