What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the ultimate problem-solver and client champion. Your role will involve:

• Client Relations: You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life and their experience is nothing short of amazing. You'll listen to their needs, answer questions, and address concerns with a smile (virtually or in person!).
• Project Coordination: From start to finish, you’ll ensure every project is organized, on time, and on budget. You’ll coordinate with our talented team of painters and manage schedules, supplies, and anything else that comes up (because let’s face it — when a client calls, they expect fast answers!).
• Problem Solving: When challenges arise (and they will!), you’ll be the calm and collected person to find creative solutions. Whether it's managing unexpected delays, budget adjustments, or logistical hiccups, your quick thinking will keep everything running smoothly.
• Quality Control: You’ll ensure the end result is nothing short of perfection. We’re a company that takes pride in every brushstroke and we need you to make sure it’s done right every time.
• Team Leadership: You’ll be working closely with our painters, scheduling jobs, and ensuring everyone has the resources they need to succeed. You’ll be the glue that holds the team together and makes sure we’re all on the same page.

• Organizational Superpowers: You’re an expert at managing multiple moving parts at once, keeping track of timelines, budgets, and resources without breaking a sweat.
• Communication: Clear, concise, and kind communication is your jam. You know how to work with both clients and team members, making sure everyone is on the same page and informed.
• Experience: Previous experience in project management (construction or service industries is a plus) is a bonus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important!

Compensation Package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Quarterly bonus

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
