We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and outgoing Estimator/Sales Professional who can work with clients to understand their needs, provide estimates, and—most importantly—make deals happen.
This isn’t your typical 9-to-5. No two days are the same, and you’ll be out there transforming spaces (and lives) with your magic touch—and by "magic," we mean your sales skills.
What You’ll Do:- Estimate and wow: Be the go-to expert for all things paint-related, from quoting jobs to guiding clients through the process.
- Generate leads: Seek out opportunities for growth by networking, prospecting, and just being a genuinely awesome person people want to work with.
- Build relationships: Become the trusted partner for homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Close deals: We want you to use your charm, expertise, and irresistible sales techniques to turn leads into happy, paying clients.
- Project management (light): Work with our crew to ensure the job is getting done as promised, on time, and with a splash of excellence.
- Sales experience: If you’ve got a track record of selling anything from paint to vacuum cleaners to vacation packages, we want to hear from you. You can sell ice to an Eskimo (but, you know, we sell paint).
- Excellent communication skills: You can talk the talk AND listen to the customer’s needs—because you understand that true sales happen when you connect.
- A growth mindset: You're always looking for new opportunities, and you’re not afraid of a little challenge.
- Driver’s license: You’ll be out and about, so you’ll need a way to get to our potential clients.
- Passion for painting: Maybe you’ve worked in the industry before, or maybe you just love seeing homes transform. Either way, you should have a passion for what we do and how we do it!
