Social Media Manager
Fast moving online marketing agency looking for a new team member. Must be self-motivated, good organizational skills and strong communication skills. Located in West Palm Beach. Salary, health and additional benefits included.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for day to day management of social media marketing campaigns and community management. Additionally, the Social Media Manager should embrace new strategies, technologies and be comfortable working in different industries such as auto, beverage, luxury and more.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, content creation and experience creating and managing social advertising.
Key Accountabilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space. You will own the strategy, execution of the ideas and tracking the results.
Responsible for developing content across social channels. This could include creating blog content, planning photo shoots, light graphic design, sourcing images and drafting post copy. The ideal candidate would enjoy the content creation process!
Understand client brand voice and create comprehensive social media strategies that achieve their unique goals. The ability to pivot and optimize strategies as needed is important!
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing social media strategies.
Social Advertising experience across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and others as applicable.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of Digital production processes.
Familiarity with social advertising pixels.
Knowledge of Strategic planning and processes for brand management and creative development, including research tools and evaluation of results.
Knowledge of paid media strategy and planning options and the media role in integrated communication.
Sourcing influencers. Tracking results.
Not required but considered a plus:
Search engine optimization skills and understanding
Pay per click experience
Experience with Google analytics
Google Certifications
Ability to edit HTML
Copywriting experience
Fluent in Spanish
Experience/Education:
3 to 5 years’ experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment.
Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube.
Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space.

Salary : $33 - $39
