●   Be the go-to resource for clients, answering questions about healthcare coverage, claims, and policies.

●   Simplify complex healthcare information, helping clients understand their benefits, eligibility, and costs.

●   Provide tailored recommendations to match clients with the best healthcare plans for their needs and budgets.

●   Collaborate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to resolve client concerns efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

●   Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

●   Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.

●   Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

●   Experience: Customer service or sales experience is a bonus, but not required. (We provide full training!)

●   Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
