Job Title : Full-Time Nanny

Location : Austin ,78739

Schedule : Split Shift, 7 : 30am-11 : 30am and 4 : 00pm-7 : 30pm, 4 weekdays and Saturdays.

Pay : $30-33

Contract Length : 12 months

Job Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Full-Time Mother's Helper to care for our sweet 1.5-year-old child. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young childs growth and development in a nurturing, family-oriented environment. The nanny will provide safe, stimulating, and loving care, ensuring a positive and enriching experience every day.

Responsibilities :

• Provide attentive care to a 1.5-year-old, fostering a safe and loving environment.
• Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning and exploration.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
• Ensure daily routines, including naps and meals, are followed consistently.
• Create a structured, yet flexible, environment that promotes the childs independence and confidence.
• Light housekeeping duties related to the childs care (e.g., cleaning up after meals, maintaining play areas).
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the childs progress, routines, and any concerns.
• Maintain safety at all times, ensuring the child is always supervised.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a nanny or in early childhood education.
• Passion for working with young children and providing positive, developmental experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide references and background checks.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
