South Bend, IN Manager of HR Operations & Strategy
Pay Rate: $100,000 - $110,000/yr
Job Type: Contract to hire
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team across the organization
- Work with experts from different HR departments to lead initiatives such as hiring, training, compensation, and benefits
- Ensure staff have the resources and support needed
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and needs to develop strategic solutions that align with company goals
- Design and implement processes to enhance the overall employee experience
- Lead the implementation of any new technologies
- Develop and deliver training materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Experience in a strategic and consultative HR model required
- 5 years of experience in HR operations or Shared Services required
- Experience in healthcare, shared services, or COE environments is a plus
- SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus
- Proficiency with PeopleSoft and/or ServiceNow is helpful but not required
Location & Travel:
- This position is in the office; the candidate MUST reside in the South Bend, IN area, as there will be an on-site presence in Elkhart, IN, or South Bend, IN.
