Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build pipelines of top talent.
• Source and evaluate candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Manage the hiring process using an Applicant Tracking System, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to meet immediate and long-term goals.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

• A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, social media sourcing, and interview evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience
