This is a remote position for applicants in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer properties to determine solar energy needs and suitability.
- Present tailored solar solutions and educate clients on the advantages of switching to solar energy.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, but not required.
- Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales is preferred, showcasing a strong understanding of the market.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire confidence in clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
