Salary Range: $90,000 with potential for $10,000 (merit based annual bonus)

This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, with a strong focus on visual design for packaging, website, and advertising, as well as crafting compelling marketing communications through press releases, website content, and advertising copy. Responsibilities:
Design & Visual Communication:
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing and on-brand packaging for our products, ensuring functionality and marketability.
- Contribute to the user experience, content, design, and maintenance of our company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually consistent online experience.
- Develop creative visual assets for advertising campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, etc.), including banners, social media graphics, and print ads.
- Photograph and edit bullion product images for use on our platform, ensuring each image meets brand, quality, and clarity standards.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with external designers and vendors as needed.
Marketing Communication & Content Creation:
- Write and distribute compelling press releases to announce company news, product launches, and other relevant updates.
- Develop engaging and informative content for the company website, including product descriptions, industry news, blog posts, and landing pages, optimizing for SEO.
- Craft persuasive and effective copy for advertising campaigns across various channels, tailoring messaging to target audiences.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Assist in the development and execution of content calendars.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Three-five years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on both design and content creation.
- Understanding of brand development and consistency with experience in maintaining visual and verbal brand identity across all channels
- Proven experience in designing packaging, website visuals, and advertising materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work and creative writing samples (packaging, website, advertising, press releases, website content).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficient in content management systems such as WordPress (or similar) for content updates, page building, and basic troubleshooting; comfortable managing plugins, media, and ensuring visual consistency across the site.
- Experienced with Google Analytics 4 for event tracking, conversion goals, and custom report creation to analyze user behavior and campaign performance
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of marketing communication principles.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and foundational knowledge of backlink building to improve site authority and visibility.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms.
- Experience securing both earned and paid media coverage by pitching and submitting content to media outlets, while staying on top of industry trends and media opportunities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience submitting content to media outlets and securing earned or paid media placements.
- Understanding of SEO strategy, including backlink building and domain authority best practices.
- Comfortable staying on top of industry and media trends to inform content planning and outreach strategies.
- Knowledge of advertising and paid campaign strategies.
- Experience with SEMRush, PR Newswire, Cision, Hootsuite or SproutSocial,
- Expert with digital advertising and campaign tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficient in email marketing using platforms such as Constant Contact, including list management, campaign creation, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
