Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing Real estate Team as a Licensed Real Estate Agent / Builder Liaison. This role blends the responsibilities of a real estate professional as well as playing a pivitol role in asset acquisition and growth for 757 Building Company. This position is full time, 45-55 hours a week, salary bonus compensation structure with approx. 18-20 hours (3 days) of office time, and the rest working remotely and/or in the field, days, evenings/weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. New Construction
- Play pivotal role in driving new construction listings by making follow up calls to warm landowner leads, executing offers to purchase, and pitching lot option contracts as determined by builder (Jonathan) or sales team leader (Rachel)
- Actively search for land to acquire or land for option listings
- Write land offers / new construction sales purchase agreements as needed
- Create, Submit and Manage all 757 Building Company listings which may include listing checklists, supra/contractor lockboxes, coordinating pictures, keys, signage, info tubes/flyers, etc. (May receive support on these duties from TC after an onboarding period)
- Assist as LA 2 on listings assisted with acquiring with new home responsibilities to include but not limited to upgrade pricing, framing and final walk throughs with new construction clients for 757BC
- Assist with client/co-broker communication during transactions
- Assist with all agency representations for new construction and investments
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing team as needed
2. Real Estate Sales
- Coordinate logistics for showings, schedule showings, ensure properties are accessible and well-prepared for each appointment.
- Write offers / sales purchase and listing agreements as needed
- Show houses to assigned leads
- Execute follow up protocols for assigned leads/clients
- Cultivate rapport and offer 5-star client service to make “raving fans” for life
- Show houses, attend home inspection and walk throughs with clients as a sales agent
- Coordinate and oversee all your transactions with Team TC
- Assist with admin tasks as needed
- Assist with prospecting, current and past client care
- Assist with event and Open House planning, occasional assistance at events outside working hours
- Attend team trainings and brokerage trainings as relevant required
Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent: Must hold a valid real estate license with DPOR.
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency and/or ability to learn Real Estate software, CRM etc.
- Team Player: Ideal candidate gets along easily with others, can work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, and takes direction / feedback well.
