The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating training programs, ensuring training compliance for employees, and overseeing the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) within the organization and have a passion for employee development. This role will focus heavily on ensuring seamless execution of training activities, maintaining accurate learning records, providing Learning Management System (LMS) support, and facilitating learning and development initiatives.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of internal and external training programs.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the system is optimized for user engagement and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and ensure employees complete the required training to remain compliant with their job expectations.
- Generate reports on course completion and employee performance.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
- Ensure training records are up-to-date and easily accessible for audits and reporting purposes.
- Communicate training schedules, expectations, and logistics to employees.
- Managing the costs of planned training and keeping within the organizational budget by assessing the return on investment of any training program.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in LMS technology and employee training techniques to continually improve learning experiences.
- Proven experience in training coordination, learning management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
- Ability to create and host presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or another related field.
- 2 years experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or learning management.
