Location : Blend of remote work with periodic on-site responsibilities in Arlington, VA, DC or Groton, CT office.

Position Overview :

We are hiring an FP&A Associate to support the companys growing financial reporting, capital market, and M&A activities. The role will be responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer and company leadership with corporate- and project-level financial planning, reporting, and capital market activities. The individual will report to the Strategic Finance Manager with regular interaction with the CFO and leadership team, serve as an important liaison between the FP&A, accounting, and operational divisions, and have an influential voice in corporate strategy. The hire will begin as an individual contributor but will be positioned to assume managerial responsibilities over time with demonstrated performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop corporate and project financial models and analysis to support decision-making and business planning
• Partner with company leadership to update annual budgets and the companys five-year financial forecast (three-statement financial model and supporting schedules)
• Evaluate corporate investment and M&A opportunities
• Assist with the development of investor marketing materials and investor engagement in future capital market activities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial management reports for corporate leadership and the board of directors. Reporting includes :
• Income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows
• Debt and lease schedules
• Capex schedules
• Labor distribution & resourcing
• Cash flow forecasting
• Debt covenant reporting
