JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking to add an Bilingual (HIGHLY PREFERRED) Receptionist to our team to manage incoming client requests on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be one of the first point of contacts for our company. This is a in office position with the working hours of 7:30 – 4:30 PM EST Mon-Fri and rotating Saturdays.
Our Receptionist duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as an Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking, strong communication skills, and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure our clients have positive experience when calling The Health Bridge and to execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage incoming phone calls, answer queries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Verifies patient information on all calls
- Maintains a pleasant and helpful attitude (hospitality)
- Serves as a model to other team members.
- Ensure the reception area and office are neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintains a solid track record of punctual and reliable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must reside in GA or AL and is able to commute to West Point GA for your shift.
- Patient Care experience highly desirable
- Bilingual Highly Preferred
- Basic computer and telephone skills
- Strong and Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proves to be a trustworthy and reliable team member while maintaining a positive and professional attitude each day
- Attention to detail
