Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and log packages daily with accuracy and timeliness.
• Input detailed information about merchandise, including pricing and vendor details,
ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform quality control checks on all incoming jewelry and watches to maintain the
highest standards.
• Conduct cycle-count inventories and assist with physical inventories across multiple
store locations.
• Communicate effectively with jewelry and watch vendors regarding shipments,
returns, and inventory inquiries.
• Manage price adjustments and retag merchandise as needed.
• Prepare, process, and securely ship jewelry and watch items to vendors.
• Collaborate within an office team setting, while maintaining focus and attention to
detail.
Additional Duties:
• Assist with morning and evening setup of showcase displays.
• Provide support on the sales floor during high-volume periods, including sales events,
some weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry and watches;
luxury hospitality; or luxury automobile environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in pricing and vendor information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
• Flexibility to work some holidays and weekends (advance notice provided).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• General knowledge or a keen interest in luxury jewelry and watches.
• Data Entry experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
• New hires will receive one-on-one on-the-job training.
• All candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check prior to hiring.
• This is a fulltime in office position, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to Close (Generally
5:30PM)
• On a rotating basis, you will assist with store closing activities 2 days per week.
