Bartenders and servers are responsible for positive guest interaction in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, staff are expected to be attentive to the guests’ needs and making them feel safe, welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Experience at a casual/upscale/fine dining establishment
- A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Punctual, patient, and mindful
- Good understanding of wine and beer and craft cocktails
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Great team player
- Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service
- The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
- Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Must have valid or be able obtain a food handler card in first 30 days
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
Prior experience bar, server, servers, waiter, waiters, wait staff, runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member, customer service or other part time FOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
