*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. *Duties* - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Monitor and document changes in residents' behavior or health - Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times - Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals - Administer CPR or first aid when necessary - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations *Requirements* - Experience working with people with disabilities or in a healthcare setting is preferred - Knowledge of patient observation and monitoring techniques - Certification in CPR is a plus - Familiarity with home health practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Willingness to undergo training in direct support practices

Position Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers’ license
- High School Diploma/GED
Physical requirements to perform essential functions of the job included:
- Regularly required to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
- Must be able to pull a minimum of 50lbs.
- Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stop.
- Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Required to regularly stand and walk.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
