Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative duties, such as answering telephones, scheduling appointments and greeting customers.
- Perform routine diagnostic testing and minor repair work, such as changing oil filters, checking tires and replacing batteries.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions about vehicle status or repair needs.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
