We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via in person in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
