About the Role:
The A List is looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and approaching Account Manager to join our fast-growing team and contribute to the company’s goals and objectives.
In this role, you will oversee multiple accounts across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and/or CPG. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact for brands while building and managing relationships with talent.
Roles Responsibilities:
Account and Client Management:
- Oversee dedicated and assigned clients, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met
- Ideate and/or manage and execute events for clients including showroom activations, pop-ups, offsite events
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones to ensure seamless execution
- Identify brand targets for each client to gift through in-person showroom appointments with talent, stylists, etc, or by facilitating gifting via send-outs
- Manage talent requests, online orders and showroom pulls
- Track social media accounts to identify placements and share results with clients
- Maintain ongoing reporting for clients, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports – analyze and summarize data (calculate total impressions, examine trends, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights and takeaways).
- Assist in the showroom as needed, including unpacking shipments, organizing backstock, and restocking the showroom floor
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must have a preexisting roster of talent and industry contacts which can include influencers, managers, publicists, personal assistants, etc.
- 3 years relevant job experience -- prior agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Knowledge and experience with Google Suite which include Slides, Docs, Sheets and other tools and softwares such as Canva, Slack, Zoom
- Active consumer of pop culture and relevant trends and talent on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
