We believe in integrated behavioral health care, where medical conditions and related behavioral health factors are addressed together in one comprehensive setting.As an Integrated Behavioral Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our Health Center by assessing and treating patients, bridging the gap between physical and behavioral health. Your responsibilities will include : Providing culturally sensitive short-term therapy to referred patients.Collaborating closely with Health Center providers.Integrating care to enhance each patient’s overall well-being.Salary : $73,000.00 – $120,000.00 (Depending on experience, licensure, and education)What We Offer You : Fully Supported : Integrated team including case manager!No travel required : Outpatient in office and via zoom.Flexibility : Hybrid remote work (2 days Remote / 3 days onsite) with a company laptop.
