What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Cleaner - Full Time (10:00am - 6:30pm) position at The Aagard Group?
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas of the building
- Perform general cleaning of offices on a rotation schedule
- Transport cleaning supplies utilizing cleaning cart
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms
- Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms
- Vacuum and clean floors and rugs
- Maintain a neat and orderly supply closet, ensuring cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked
- Wash windows
- Notify Facility Manager is something is not working properly
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Pick up and empties trash containers
- Stock fridges with beverages and maintain cleaning schedule
- Assist with meals, room set-up, clean-up, etc. for customer and company functions
- Be actively engaged in continuous improvement projects and culture
General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to, support and promote the Aagard vision and culture statements
- Demonstrate professional, respectful interaction with other team members
- Accurately and professionally represent Aagard to customers and vendors
- Be actively engaged in continuous improvement projects and culture

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be highly safety conscious
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience or training with computers and ability to learn and use Aagard specific software
- Observant with attention to detail
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or climb
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to take action and be proactive
- Strong time management and organizational skills
