- Monitor cell performance, identifying areas for improvement and take appropriate action
Perform Fabrication duties
- As a working lead, operate fabrication equipment proficiently to meet production needs and address equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Assist team members with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to parts, tooling, and processes.
- Address and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.

Knowledge and Experience
- Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology plus 2 years of fabrication experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred
- Proven career growth in fabrication roles with expertise in setting up and operating fabrication equipment
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb. Ability to lift, pull, push 50lbs
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods (up to 100% of the time)
