We are seeking a and experienced Immigration Paralegal to become a part of The Abogado Ernesto Team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' needs in the area of immigration
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Meet with clients to assist with filling out USCIS applications
- Handle USCIS applications from start to finish
- Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Record and store client information
- Provide translation services for clients from English to Spanish
Qualifications :
This is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office on a daily basis.
Compensation based on experience.
