This in-home HVAC sales position earns a top-notch uncapped straight commission structure resulting in earnings of $150,000-$250,000 per year, based on experience and ability, plus the opportunity for a Quarterly gross profit bonus. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMFORT ADVISOR
In this HVAC Sales position, you are the frontline for residential in-home sales, taking responsibility for ensuring jobs for our installation department. You meet with clients to assess their home comfort needs, provide solutions, and educate them on potential repairs or replacements. Once you make a sale, you complete the necessary paperwork and communicate the details to the installation department.
Remaining committed to building strong relationships with clients helps you to earn their trust and repeat business. You work to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals and maintain an open mind to continually improve your skills. Thanks to you, our clients are more comfortable in their homes and our company revenue is secure!
COMFORT ADVISOR QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of documented residential in-home sales experience
- Ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders, and/or go into attics
Experience in HVAC sales is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Do you have the ability to close on the first call? Can you explain technical information clearly and in layman's terms? Are you driven to succeed and reach sales goals? Are you a quick learner with an open mind? COMFORT ADVISOR WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time in-home HVAC sales position often requires nights and weekends to meet with clients in their homes according to their schedules. We offer an adjusting schedule on a weekly basis to meet your personal needs allowing a flexible work schedule as needed.
