Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and be USA Gymnastics Certified. This role involves educating and training students of various skill levels, fostering their physical development, and instilling a love for the sport. The Gymnastics Coach will create a safe and positive environment for all participants while promoting teamwork and personal growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging gymnastics training programs tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, ensuring proper form and safety protocols.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, warm-ups, and conditioning exercises.
- Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect among students.
- Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate events, competitions, and showcases.
- Educate students on the importance of physical fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Previous coaching experience in gymnastics
- USA Gymnastics Certification
- Strong background in physical education or health club environments is advantageous.
- Experience working with students of varying ages and skill levels is essential.
- Ability to swim is a plus for safety considerations during training sessions near water facilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Certification in first aid/CPR or lifeguard training is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A passion for teaching and helping others achieve their athletic goals.

Pay: $23.93 - $25.95 per hour
