Duties:
- Completes prescreening process with qualified candidates through email, phone and CRM.
- Monitors applicant tracking systems and communicates promptly with viable candidates.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find qualified candidates.
- Must be able to understand recruitment needs of each hiring manager.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with applicants, hiring managers, and COO.
- Implement an overall recruiting strategy to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable candidates for open positions.
- Must be able to manage candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Must be able to review and analyze background check results identifying any discrepancies.
- Must be able to aid and provide guidance to applicants in resolving issues and completion related to onboarding tasks.
- Networking with local colleges and universities, attending career fairs, college hiring events, and speaking engagements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources OR related field
- Proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized
