Job Summary
The Child Care Center Director will oversee the daily operations and administration of a child care facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children.
Duties
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with licensing regulations
- Collaborate with parents to address concerns and provide updates on their child's progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly facility
- Maintain organization and routine of building routines.
- Organize family engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field (Human Development, Psychology, and others)
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills using technology - iPad apps, Google, GMAIL, Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,945.11 - $46,901.64 per year
