Job Overview:
The Academy for Young Achievers seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to guide new students and their families through enrollment. This role is central to creating a welcoming and efficient experience for families, ensuring all procedures align with the Academy’s standards and accreditation requirements.
General Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the enrollment process for new families, including facility tours and onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with PTQ 4 and NAEYC Accreditation.
- Manage and update student records using ProCare software.
- Monitor and enforce enrollment schedules and CCDF approvals.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with families through LineLeader (CRM), email, welcome letters, and telephone.
- Complete the billing setup and maintain proper documentation for all enrolled students.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email and properly direct them on the next steps for enrollment.
- Run attendance and compliance reports, ensuring timely submission to the Business Manager and Director of Education weekly.
- Suspend enrollment when required based on incomplete or expired documentation.
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience with ProCare or other childcare management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with CCDF program requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Pass all pre-employment screenings.
