- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of fulfillment and printing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Equipment Management: Source equipment such as printers, envelope printers, and cutters, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Client Account Servicing: Manage client relationships, address service issues, and fulfill requests for new services, including printing, fulfillment, and kitting.
