What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing & Communications to elevate TAP’s brand and expand our influence as a thought leader in small business support. This role will focus on creating innovative marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with TAP’s mission, managing budgets and collateral.
Content Creation: Lead our content strategy, crafting compelling communications for donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Thought Leadership: Position TAP as a sector leader through impactful content, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships.
Fundraising Support: Drive marketing for major fundraising events and enhance donor engagement.
Website Management: Optimize website content to effectively showcase TAP’s mission and achievements.
Team Leadership: Supervise the marketing team, ensuring timely project completion and alignment with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, Salesforce, and web platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
