About you :
COINS, An Access company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to strengthen the Enterprise sales team, focusing on the ERP Construction Market. As a Business Development Representative, you will blend your expertise in the building construction industry with proficient sales skills to propel significant growth for Access Group’s COINS business across the United States. This role offers you the opportunity to leverage your knowledge, skills, and positive attitude to uncover fresh opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
Day to day you will :
- Proactively prospect for new opportunities through compelling phone and email outreach.
- Evaluate potential opportunities and effectively manage incoming requests via our website, ensuring precise qualification and routing.
- Engage in persistent follow-up on leads and requests within Salesforce CRM to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for penetrating key markets.
- Providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance sales processes and optimize lead generation efforts.

Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $72,000 annually, with additional On Target Earnings (OTE). Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
