About You:
This role is a strategic hire to support the development and growth of the digital marketing service in North America. As a Digital Account Director, you will champion the delivery and adoption of digital marketing best practices for our customers. Working closely with our Digital Operations and Customer Success teams, you’ll be integral to providing world-class digital marketing services for hospitality. You will collaborate within the wider digital team, contributing to omni-channel strategies and continuously improving the digital product offering.
With a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, you’ll be responsible for driving digital marketing best practices and collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver impactful, region-specific campaigns. You have a customer-obsessed mindset with an ability to foster strong relationships and a desire to help customers grow their direct bookings and enhance their experience with our products. You thrive in a collaborative, agile environment and are a trusted advisor to internal teams.
Day to day, you will:
- Support the delivery of digital marketing best practice across your customers portfolio, the Customer Success Team and the wider business.
- Develop strong relationships with Project Managers, Design Team, Customer Success, and Digital Operations, creating an open and positive environment.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to drive digital marketing adoption among customers and educate the team on best practices by converting strategies and data into clear, digestible content.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to enhance Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) in the North American market, leveraging pre-sales technical support for prospects and aligning closely with marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation of digital marketing products and best practices across your customer portfolio, the Customer Success Team, and the broader organization.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customers in both the domestic and international markets.
- Track and analyze digital market trends, assess their impact, and recommend best practices for adoption.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive the revenue performance of our digital customer portfolio.
- Measure the impact of your digital initiatives and provide feedback into the Avvio Digital Adoption Framework.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to evolve and maintain continuous training materials such as videos, guides, and drop-in training sessions.
- Create blogs and articles in collaboration with the Marketing team to share industry insights.
- Join monthly calls and attend on-site meetings when needed for your customers, prospects, or partners.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role for a hotel group or at an agency.
- A strong understanding of marketing tactics, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC), SEO, social media ads, with the ability to leverage these to drive results in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving success and helping clients improve their digital marketing.
- Highly organized and dependable, with experience managing a portfolio of customers and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set.
