JOB SUMMARY

The Accident Repair Center has a job opening for an Auto Estimator who can aid in the repair plan process to repair vehicles to manufacturer’s guidelines and standards. We are OE Certified in a number of manufacturers to provide our customers a 100% safe and factory certified repair due to our employees having extensive training and knowledge. REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7years of prior experience in collision industry
• Must currently have a valid Driver’s License
• Must have a valid NY Auto Damage Appraiser License
• Must be located in the United States
• High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
• Must be proficient in computers

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Verbal and Written Communication Skill-Set
• Work in a team-environment to provide support and interact with team members and managers as needed
• Demonstrate ability to stay organized
• Execute the validations checklists and standards we have in place for each vehicle
• Learn about the DCR patented production process of how we move our cars through the line
• Write estimates for vehicles based on assessment of damages to provide a repair plan following OE Guidelines
• Writing these estimates and also supplements in CCC One
• Ability to give clear and concise updates regularly to customers on vehicle repairs
• Ability to provide excellent customer service for customers
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks that are ever changing in a fast-paced environment
• Be familiar with computer applications to execute tasks within our systems

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
