Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mitsubishi WIRE EDM Machinist/Operator at The Accurate Tools Shop. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to programming and operating Mitsubishi wire EDM machines to produce precision parts and components.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mitsubishi WIRE EDM Machinist/Operator at The Accurate Tools Shop. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to programming and operating Mitsubishi wire EDM machines to produce precision parts and components.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of drafting and geometric dimensional tolerancing. (GD&T)
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- A team mentality approach for all job duties
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Articulate, well-organized, and self-motivated.
- Organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently as well as with a team.
- Previous Wire EDM machining experience REQUIRED
- Worked with engineering for part production.
- Good understanding of drafting and geometric dimensional tolerancing (GD&T) Technical Skills/Physical Requirements
- Experience interpreting sketches, blueprints, or models in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to modify programming on EDM machines
- Ability to inspect and verify conformance of machines to satisfy specifications
- Relevant experience operating industrial mechanical equipment
- Lifting and transport of materials (20 – 40 lbs.)
- Ability to follow procedures
- Ability to multi-task and run multiple machines
- Have good communication skills & the ability to work well with others.
